Admissions

Prince of Peace Catholic School is accepting applications for kindergarten through seventh grade for the fall of 2008 beginning Monday, January 28th, 7:30 AM.  Applications will available for the first time at our Admissions Open House on Sunday, January 27th at 2:00 PM.  After that, you can pick up an application packet at the church or school offices, or download an application and request for supporting documentation (in PDF format) from our website.  Follow our site Resources link to Documents.

Testing
Testing for admission to Prince of Peace Catholic School will be scheduled individually as Admissions Applications are received.

Acceptances
Once the applicant has submitted the Application for Admission and supporting materials along with the $35 Application Fee, acceptance notifications will be mailed beginning March 1^st.  Acceptances and class placement will be determined according to the criteria listed below.  Where classroom seating is limited, placement will also be determined by the order in which applications are received in the school office.

2.       Prince of Peace Parishioners
3.       Catholics from Other Parishes
4.       Non-Catholics

Registration & Enrollment for New Students
Once the applicant receives notification of admission to Prince of Peace Catholic School, parents will pay a $250 registration fee to secure the seat for the next school year.  Parents will receive a packet of information in June regarding tuition payment, fees, uniform purchases, updating personal information and so on.

Financial Aid
Parishioners.  Financial Aid is available to qualifying parishioners of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.  We have selected Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) to conduct impartial and confidential financial need assessments for families seeking assistance paying tuition.  You may pick up a financial aid application in the school office or apply on-line with the link below.  Questions?  Contact TADS at 1-800-884-8237 or by e-mail: support@tuitionaid.com.
